I added a 'contact us' form for site visitors with two options - website comments to me and Gateway questions to Ralph and Lin

I set this block so it is only visible to logged in users not to casual visitors

Under 'the Road ahead' I have posted all of the latest version of the business plan with the exception of the financial projections. Some work is left to do on the internal links and referneces and graphics .

Users can be given different privileges to allow editing of existing content , addition of new content, etc. I have created one level I have called 'moderator' which is currently undergoing testing and is intended for high level maintenance of content. The trick is to find a balance which allows maximum user interaction with a minimum of security issues and/or undesirable content.

I have elected to build this as a CMS (content management system) website on a set of open sourced scripts called Drupal http://drupal.org . This provides a very flexible system that can be easily upgraded and modified on an on going basis with minimal technical skills . A good example of a site also built on Drupal with a similar purpose can be seen at http://www.whatnow.org.uk
